We primarily print with PLA and PETG. PLA is biodegradable and perfect for decorative items. PETG is stronger and heat-resistant, great for functional parts. The product page will note which material is used for each item.

Each item is printed on demand. Production takes 3–7 business days, plus delivery: 1–3 days in Romania and 7–21 days internationally.

Yes! Use the Custom Print Request form on our site or contact us directly via WhatsApp or email. We can match any colour in our filament library and resize or adapt most models.

No. Visible layer lines are a natural characteristic of FDM 3D printing and are not defects. If a product is listed as sanded or post-processed, that will be stated in the description.

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund the item — no questions asked. Reach out via the Contact page or WhatsApp.

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it, before printing begins. After that, cancellations are not possible for standard items.

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Standard PLA prints are not certified food-safe due to the porous nature of layer lines, which can harbour bacteria. We do not recommend using them for direct food contact.

Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers, microwaves, and high temperatures — especially for PLA items. PETG is more heat-resistant and can handle slightly higher temperatures.
