2. Subject of the Contract

These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial relationship between Opardi Software SRL and buyers of products sold through flexifactory.shop — 3D-printed products made from PLA materials, produced on demand or from stock.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the site are expressed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made online via the methods available at the time of placing the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out through courier partners (FAN Courier, DPD, Cargus) within Romania, and international carriers for EU orders. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Times may vary depending on product complexity.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without providing any justification.
Exception: personalised products made to the customer's specifications (colour, text, engravings) cannot be returned in accordance with Art. 16(c) of the Directive.

6. Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@flexifactory.shop within 14 days of receiving your product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method.

7. Warranty

Products benefit from a legal conformity guarantee of 2 years under EU Directive 1999/44/EC. In case of a conformity defect, contact us at contact@flexifactory.shop.

This contract is governed by Romanian law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Romania.
