Production time

3–7 business days — each piece is printed to order.

Domestic delivery (RO)

1–3 business days via Fan Courier / DPD.

International delivery

7–21 business days depending on destination country.

Free shipping

Orders over 200 lei ship free within Romania.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Because our products are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. However, we stand behind our quality.

  • ✔ Damaged item? Send us a photo within 7 days and we will reprint or refund — no questions asked.
  • ✔ Wrong item received? Contact us within 14 days. We will ship the correct product at no extra cost.
  • ✔ Custom orders are non-refundable once printing has started, unless there is a defect on our end.
  • ✖ We cannot refund orders where the item was damaged after delivery or shows signs of misuse.

🧱 About Our Materials

All items are printed with high-quality PLA or PETG filament unless otherwise noted. PLA prints are biodegradable and great for decorative and low-heat applications. PETG is tougher and more heat-resistant, ideal for functional parts.

Layer lines are a natural characteristic of FDM printing. We post-process where noted, but light layer lines are not considered defects.
